Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Another Car Rental, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Reservation Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the rental fee for the first day; the remaining amount will be refunded.

No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle) are non-refundable.
2. Early Return

No refunds will be issued for vehicles returned earlier than the agreed rental period.
3. Refund Process

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@anothercarrental.com or by phone.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, government restrictions), full refunds may be issued.
